El hecho de ser madres \u2013o tener intenci\u00f3n de serlo-\u00a0hace que muchas mujeres sean hoy postergadas en el mundo laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">-La incorporaci\u00f3n masiva de la mujer al mundo laboral se ha hecho ignorando su feminidad,<b> dando la espalda a las etapas profesionales que la maternidad va dibujando en su vida y<\/b> negando el valor humano y social de la dedicaci\u00f3n a la familia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">&#8211;<\/span> <span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">Para recuperar la plena identidad de la mujer tambi\u00e9n en el trabajo, es necesario <b>un cambio en la cultura social y el modelo productivo<\/b> en el que la racionalidad econ\u00f3mica\u00a0no est\u00e9 separada de\u00a0la persona y se<b> reconozca<\/b> <b>a la familia como base y fundamento de la sociedad<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><i><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">Para ello resulta imprescindible:\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><b><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">1.- UNA VERDADERA Y POSITIVA CONCILIACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/b><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">, que permita a las mujeres, y a los hombres, atender y educar a sus hijos. Esta conciliaci\u00f3n positiva pasa por flexibilizar horarios, preservar las reducciones de jornada, potenciar el teletrabajo y\u00a0el trabajo por objetivos mediante incentivos\u00a0fiscales en las cotizaciones a la seguridad social a las\u00a0empresas que los desarrollen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><b><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">2.- EL RECONOCIMIENTO LEGAL, SOCIAL Y CULTURAL DE LA DEDICACI\u00d3N EXCLUSIVA A LA FAMILIA <\/span><\/b><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">que supone<b> <\/b>una inmensa fuente de riqueza y bienestar social, incluso cuantificable econ\u00f3micamente a trav\u00e9s del PIB. No reconocerlo institucionalmente conlleva discriminaci\u00f3n social. Por ello:<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst&quot;\" style=\"0mso-margin-top-alt: auto;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <!--[endif]--><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">La dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva a la familia debe ser reconocida como <b>categor\u00eda laboral <\/b>con acceso a la seguridad social, bajas m\u00e9dicas y jubilaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoListParagraphCxSpLast&quot;\" style=\"0mso-margin-top-alt: auto;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <!--[endif]--><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">Se debe<b> potenciar la reincorporaci\u00f3n de las mujeres que, debido a su dedicaci\u00f3n a la familia, han estado fuera del mercado laboral. <\/b>Esto ha de hacerse de manera subsidiaria por parte del estado mediante\u00a0ventajas e incentivos fiscales y en las cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social. Debe prestarse mayor atenci\u00f3n a los casos de las mujeres que se encuentran en situaci\u00f3n de especial vulnerabilidad como son las madres\u00a0solteras, viudas o separadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">\u00a03<b>.- LA DENUNCIA Y PERSECUCI\u00d3N ACTIVA DE CUALQUIER GESTO DISCRIMINATORIO PROBADO HACIA LA MUJER Y LA MATERNIDAD<\/b>. Lo cual incluye la discriminaci\u00f3n hacia las mujeres trabajadoras que tienen hijos o quieren tenerlos, las que se dedican en exclusiva al cuidado y atenci\u00f3n de sus familias y las que son v\u00edctimas de brecha salarial o de acceso a determinados puestos de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"&quot;MsoNormal&quot;\"><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">\u00a04<b>.-<\/b>\u00a0<b>LA ELIMINACI\u00d3N DE LAS POL\u00cdTICAS SOCIALES BASADAS EN CRITERIO IDEOL\u00d3GICOS AS\u00cd COMO DE LOS PROGRAMAS EDUCATIVOS<\/b><\/span><b><span style=\"0color: red&quot;;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">QUE NO RESPETEN LA IDENTIDAD FEMENINA Y LA MATERNIDAD<\/span><\/b><span style=\"0color: #595959&quot;;\">.\u00a0En concreto, la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero impuesta en los \u00e1mbitos educativo, empresarial y de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n no refleja la realidad, sino que la manipula, conllevando la exclusi\u00f3n del amplio colectivo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mirando al mundo laboral con perspectiva de mujer y madre.
