Women of the World provides its services under the Women of the World Platform trademark under the following Terms and Conditions:

FIRST - In compliance with the information obligations contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following information is provided:

The Women of the World Platform is owned and managed by the Women of the World Association, located at Calle Muñoz Barrios 2, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain, registered in the Register of Associations of Spain with the number 609490 and CIF: G-87658043.

The services offered by the Women of the World Platform to its users are those that are eventually made available within the network of the Women of the World Platform, free of charge, this circumstance being subject to change in accordance with the ninth clause of these conditions. Some of the services offered require prior registration of the user, and are available only to registered users in the network of the Platform Women of the World.

SECOND - By using the network of the Women of the World Platform, the User confirms unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

THIRD - The User agrees not to use the services to carry out activities contrary to law, morality and public order and, in general, to use them under these terms and conditions. Likewise, he/she undertakes not to carry out any advertising or commercial activity or to send messages using a false identity, or in any way that hides the origin of the message.

FOURTH - The Women of the World Platform acts solely as a Service that facilitates communication between the parties, not being responsible for content contrary to the general conditions that may be sent by the parties, being the User the only subject responsible for the veracity and legality of the same. In particular, the use of the Service for sending or advertising materials that criticize the service providers is prohibited.

FIFTH. - The User agrees to respect the restrictions imposed on the use of the Service by the Women of the World Platform.

SIXTH - The Women of the World Platform is not responsible for any failures that may occur in communications, including deletion, incomplete transmission or delays in transmission, and can not guarantee that the network is operational at all times. Nor will the Women of the World Platform be responsible in the event that a third party, breaking the security measures established by the Platform Women of the World, access to messages or use them for the transmission of computer viruses.

The Women of the World Platform treats your personal data with absolute confidentiality. Therefore, the Women of the World Platform has employed appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent its destruction, loss, unlawful access or unlawful alteration. These measures have been adopted taking into account criteria such as the scope, context and purpose of data processing, technical conditions and existing risks.

The Women of the World Platform cannot control the use that users make of the portal or ensure that they do so in accordance with these conditions.

SEVENTH - The Women of the World Platform may discontinue the Service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if it detects that the use of its website or any of the services offered therein is contrary to these general conditions.

EIGHTH - The Women of the World Platform reserves the right to discontinue the provision of any of the services of the network, suffice it to communicate on the screen access to the Service with a notice of fifteen days. It also has the right to modify at any time and without notice the presentation and conditions of the site or services and the conditions required for use.

NINTH - The Women of the World Platform may at any time modify these conditions or introduce new conditions of use, including the termination of the gratuity. These amendments shall apply only from its entry into force.
